What is semi-Private Training
Have you ever stepped into a large group fitness class, felt intimidated or overwhelmed, wanting to turn around and leave? We get it, a lot of us feel that way when we step out of our comfort zone. Semi-private training might be a better choice for you than group classes. We recognize that not all bodies are created equal; some of us may need more attention and that’s how we support.
Here’s what you can expect:
A ratio of 1 certified trainer to a maximum of 4 people at all times
Focused attention and instruction in a micro-group setting
Customized programming to suit your needs, so you get the most of out of your workout.
