QUESTIONS

We’ve Got Answers.

What should I bring to my first class?

We suggest you bring a pair of shorts or tights, a t-shirt or tank, a pair of training shoes, and a water bottle. Eventually, you may want to invest into some accessories, like wrist wraps or knee sleeves, but you won’t need these for a while or for some, ever.

When should I show up?

We suggest you show up ten to fifteen minutes before the scheduled class. Feel free to do some light stretching in our warm-up area alongside your classmates.

How many times a week should I come?

We all know making time for yourself is important, but we all have to balance work, life, and family. We suggest 3 times a week, and up to 5 times a week for the truly ambitious. Even once a week is better than no times a week.

How do I sign-up for class?

We have a partnership with an online booking system called SugarWOD and Zenplanner. You’ll be given a login and instructions once you sign-up.

What constitutes as a late cancellation?

For our 6AM and weekend classes, cancellations must occur before 8:00PM the night prior; for all other classes (9:00AM, 12:00PM and all evening classes) cancellations must occur 5 hours prior to the class. Cancellations within 2 hours will constitute as a no-show

What are the prerequisites?

In short, there are none. We encourage everyone to come as they are. We want you to start or continue your fitness journey with us. Our knowledgeable coaches will provide you with the appropriate modifications to suit you and support you through your progress!

I want to come check out the gym, but sometimes the doors are locked!

Sorry folks! We are typically at the gym when classes are happening. Check out our schedule to see when classes are. Here's our contact information if you want to get a hold of us right away!

Where do I see your daily programming?

Our Workouts are posted for our members only through a customized app. We post workouts in 1 week blocks, every Sunday night.

How much is a membership?

Please visit our memberships page. There you’ll find options for monthly and drop-in prices.

What constitutes as a no show?

A No-Show is keeping your reservation and simply not showing up. If you cancel within a 2 hour window of the class, that also constitutes as a no-show.
